Stevens E-Hazard Review

Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. Even angriest ramps the Bosch motor easily climbs up well. The Bosch Performance Line CX provides a very natural riding experience with a progressive power delivery. This great combination mixed with lots of power, is something only a few other motors at Bosch's level can achieve. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.

In rough terrain, the E-Hazard lacks a bit of control with its only average fork. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Stevens uses average parts. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The deep bottom bracket also provides excellent cornering and thus contributes to the good handling. With weight, the E-Hazard is generally one of the heavier e-bikes on the market.
