Mondraker Neat R Review

The harmonious power delivery is a clear character of the HPR 50. With 50 Nm torque, the support on the hill is rather moderate. The very well-rounded motor control of the HPR 50 shapes the riding feel of the Neat R. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

The good Fox chassis absorbs even larger roots with the calmness of a Buddhist monk. Especially for heavy riders, the Mondraker brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Mondraker uses good equipment. In view of the high reach value, it becomes clear: The main frame is long. However, the generous reach is compensated for by a very short stem. This way, Mondraker creates a good weight distribution between the wheels and a balanced handling. With its 18,9 kg, the Neat R is one of the lighter E-bikes. The competition is often significantly heavier.
