Unlike all of GASGAS's other fullys, the G ENDURO 1.0 relies on a four-link rear end, which should improve traction off-road.
At steep sections, the somewhat weak Yamaha motor requires a lot of initiative from the biker. The Yamaha PW-X2 gives off a well-rounded riding feeling. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the G ENDURO 1.0 with only an average range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the G ENDURO 1.0 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (4000) .

As the hits get faster and harder the average chassis limits the downhill fun. Especially for heavy riders, the GASGAS brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. Wide tires provide more grip and comfort. GASGAS tends to fit narrow tires with its #reifen_inch_breite GASGAS tires. For an Enduro, we would prefer wider treads. The components and the shifting seem less important for GASGAS. The components used here have a clear potential for improvement after a view at the competitors. The combination of a slack head tube angle and long wheelbase makes the G ENDURO 1.0 remain steady even at higher speeds. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated. Oh boy, with the geometry you have to be ready to make compromises from our perspective. The most important measurements and angles fall slightly out of the grid of good bikes. The view of the weight of 26,3 kg reveals: There are lighter Enduros.

Conclusion

Expirience with the GASGAS G ENDURO 1.0

With a poor chassis and a weak groupset, the G ENDURO 1.0 definitely has weaknesses. Nevertheless, it remains a solid all-rounder with a wide range of abilities.
