Norco Sight VLT A2 900 Wh Review

Shimano motors remain at the top of the engine popularity alongside Bosch motors. No wonder, as evidenced by EP8. The well-rounded motor control and the harmonious power output characterise the character of the Shimano motor. Fans of XXL tours will be happy with the Sight VLT A2 due to ist excellent range.

Rough descents take away some of the fear thanks to the average chassis. The mid-range brakes from Shimano do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The 64° angle low head tube angle gives the Sight VLT A2 increased stability at higher speeds. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated.
