The Fuel EXe 9.9 XTR is not the first fully in which Trek wants to distinguish itself in the light segment. Unlike the Super Caliber, however, it is clearly more downhill-oriented.
In steep sections the somewhat low torque TQ motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The TQ HPR 50 provides a very natural riding experience. The power delivery is always gentle. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the Fuel EXe 9.9 XTR , because of its low range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Trek Fuel EXe 9.9 XTR in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (13000) .

Even the most treacherous downhill runs are effortlessly handled by the high-end Rock Shox chassis. Whoever wants to ride fast, needs good brakes. The Shimano brakes are equipped with four pistons and 2 millimeter rotors. That way, the premium brakes decelerate more than adequately. At the drive components and the remaining parts, Trek uses very good parts. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. Short chainstays and make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward. Hell yeah, the geometry is killer! Here the know-how of the Trek developers is videly visible. With the weight of 17,47 kg, Trek puts the competition in a state of shock. Indeed, among All Mountains, it is hard to find a lighter model. The riding pleasure is guaranteed. An e-mountain bike is most fun when it can be ridden on a single track like a bike without a motor. The combination of good weight and very pleasant geometry give the Fuel EXe 9.9 XTR the same natural and nimble handling as you know from non-motorised mountain bikes. Really only a few manufacturers manage to get this right.

The sight of the price tag leaves one almost breathless: Trek charges a hefty 13499 € for this highend Bike. Trek gives a warranty of 25 years on the bike.
